Type: Full-time Employee (W-2) position
Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of relevant technical experience.
Residence: Current U.S. residence and within U.S for 3 of the past 5 years.
Location: 100% United States (U.S.) Based Remote with ALL being performed within the U.S.
Trail Pass: U.S. Citizenship required to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

About the Role:We’re looking for an immensely talented Solution Architect to join our growing team! This architect will have advanced expertise in cloud architecture, data analytics, data modeling, machine learning, security, and emerging cloud-native technologies.
As a key member of our team, you will support product teams in migrating, modernizing, automating, and innovating applications. The role demands strong technical skills to architect, design, develop, and engineer complex projects that deliver business value and strategic insights.
**Candidates must meet public trust clearance requirements
Basic Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 11 years of relevant experience in enterprise software architecture, analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence or a similar role.
Proven track record of delivering impactful emerging technology value including AI/ML/NLP innovations and data-driven solutions in a cloud native environment.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN AND RESIDE IN THE U.S. All work must be performed in the U.S.
Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Public Trust U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as this work is for a federal government client. Candidates will need to successfully complete a Background Investigation (BI) and credit check prior to beginning work. Nothing in applicants’ history should prevent them from obtaining a public trust security clearance.
Technical and Skills Requirements:
10+ years of relevant Solution Architect experience
Software development methodology: DevSecOps with Rally, Automated Deployment pipelines with Git/GitLab, SonarQube, Nexus.
Programming Languages: Python, R, SQL. AI, ML, NLP Frameworks, models, and tools.
Data Manipulation & Analysis: visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.
Big Data & Cloud Platforms: Hadoop, Hive, AWS (S3, SageMaker, Redshift), Azure, and GCP.
Infrastructure: AWS (Primary cloud): Azure and Google Cloud Platforms.
Innovative Problem Solving & Project Management: Tackle complex challenges with creative solutions and a proactive approach to process improvement. Proven successful track record working in an agile environment. Excel in managing multiple projects with innovative, prioritized strategies.
Dynamic Teamwork & Agile Expertise: Thrive in collaborative environments with strong communication and Agile software engineering skills.
Strongly Preferred:
Government sector experience, especially with DHS
Current holder of public trust clearance.
AWS Certification such as Certified Solutions Architect/DevOps Engineer
Certified Kubernetes Administrator/Developer
Terraform Certified Associate
Role Responsibilities:
Architect, build, and deploy pilots, prototypes, and proof-of-concept solutions to validate cloud-native innovations across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Develop automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure using IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
Utilize containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures.
Ensure transparency, traceability, and security compliance, including Authorization To Operate certifications.
Collaborate with data engineering, product, and business teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
Design and implement predictive models, algorithms, and statistical analyses for complex business challenges.
Build scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure for model development, training, and deployment.
Perform exploratory data analysis to derive actionable insights from large, complex datasets.
Develop data management and governance plans.
Create reusable code libraries, SOPs, and best practices for modernization and automation.
