Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain backend services using Go (Golang).

Develop efficient, reliable, and high-performance solutions that meet product and business requirements.

Work with relational database schemas and optimize queries using PostgreSQL.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable, maintainable systems.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance.

Contribute innovative ideas, improvements, and best-practice solutions to the team.

Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience as a backend or systems developer.

Strong proficiency in Go (Golang).

Solid experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, performance tuning, advanced queries).

Strong understanding of system-level programming using C or C++.

Experience building scalable, distributed systems or microservices.

Familiarity with concurrency models, memory management, and networking concepts.

Passionate about technology, self-driven, and proactive with a "builder" mindset.

Optional / Nice-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of Cassandra or other NoSQL databases.

Exposure to AI / Machine Learning workflows or integrating AI services.

Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud-native development.

Performance optimization and low-latency system development.

Contributions to open-source projects or personal tech projects.
