About the role

We are a dynamic AI start-up based in the heart of Munich, setting the global standard for AI Coaching. While most AI companies are working on replacing human labor, we are unlocking the uniquely human strengths that drive lasting business outcomes for our enterprise clients. Our in-house AI technology is empowering our clients and their employees to unlock their full potential and coach holistic, customer focused communication. Think science-driven AI, avatars, global sales & service teams. Join our international team that is not just building a human-centric product, but redefining customer relationships.

About the role (Munich, onsite, ~20 hrs/week): You own our quality layer. The automated tests, checks, and pipelines that tell us whether the product actually works are yours. Every time we change logic or ship something, we catch what broke before our enterprise clients do. You take manual, repetitive checks and turn them into automation that runs on its own, with AI agents and the newest tooling as your accelerators. This is build the safety net work, not ticket closing.

Tasks

Building our test automation layer from the ground up: end to end that run in CI and catch issues before release

Turning manual and repetitive QA checks into reliable automated tests, so the team ships faster with confidence

Wiring tests into our pipelines, so every launch and logic change is verified automatically with a clean pass/fail signal

Using AI agents, MCP, and tool calling to multiply what you can build, including agents that drive and test the product like a real user

Finding the gaps in coverage, deciding what to automate next with our engineers, and owning the outcome

Requirements

Enrolled student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Comfortable with JavaScript/TypeScript

Familiar with test automation tools (e.g. Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar) or eager to learn them fast

You think in outcomes, not tickets: you care that the product works for the user, not just that a test passes

You like clean, reliable tests and catching bugs before they ship

Bonus points:

You have built test automation or CI pipelines before

You have used agents, MCP, or AI coding assistants to write or run tests

You have wired up external APIs before

Benefits

Above average compensation

Public transportation benefits

Flexible hours that fit around your studies

Real ownership from day one: you own outcomes, not tasks, across our test automation, quality pipelines, and AI agents

A small, international team where your work reaches enterprise clients fast

Full freedom to experiment with the newest AI tools and shape how we build

The option to extend beyond the initial engagement if it works for both sides

Come build with us. Send us your CV and a line about something cool you've built.
