About Fundraise Up
We’re Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design.
Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.
A Truly Global Product
We operate in the enterprise segment, serving nonprofit organizations across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe.
We’re building alarge and complex product ecosystemthat serves nonprofits, donors, and partners around the world. The platform includes a moderncheckout experience and customizable widgets(each a standalone SPA),donor, organization, and partner portals, admin tools, and several internal apps.
The Team
We are a distributed team of 160+ product professionals. Our team members are mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus.
Despite our scale, we operate like a focused team - where every task matters and every voice is heard. We value thoughtful collaboration, strong engineering practices, and a product mindset. You’ll be joining a team where quality, mentorship, and mutual respect come first.
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to take full end-to-end ownership of the Checkout Modal — the beating heart of Fundraise Up. It is our highest-revenue product surface, facilitating the vast majority of our donation volume.
You will act as the "Architect of Execution" in a high-velocity environment: Checkout is the primary surface where the vast majority of our growth experiments are deployed. You will manage the intersection of strategic roadmap initiatives, high-frequency experimentation (in direct partnership with our PM Growth), and critical GTM support. If you are a seasoned product leader who thrives when the stakes are high, and precision is non-negotiable, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Own
Product Vision & Strategy: Define the long-term roadmap for Checkout Modal and align it with company OKRs.
Revenue Engine Integrity: Take full ownership of the Checkout Modal's performance, stability, and evolution, ensuring it remains a world-class donation experience.
What You’ll Do
Execute Strategic Roadmap: Translate company-wide strategic initiatives into prioritized, actionable plans and lead their delivery.
Drive Growth Velocity: Partner directly with PM Growth to execute high-frequency experiments. You lead the technical specification and delivery phase, ensuring high-speed deployment without compromising platform stability.
Orchestrate Stakeholders: Coordinate across multiple product areas and support GTM teams in resolving enterprise-critical deal breakers.
Ensure Quality & Scalability: Collaborate with engineering to drive internal improvements, reduce tech debt, and maintain world-class performance.
At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. You should already be using AI meaningfully in your work and understand where it adds value and how it can improve the way you operate.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Product Management within a B2B SaaS or Fintech environment.
Senior Product Stewardship: Proven track record of managing a high-traffic, revenue-critical product surface.
Strategic & Execution Mindset: Ability to balance independent roadmap ownership with a collaborative, execution-partner approach for Growth initiatives.
Delivery Excellence: Expert at writing detailed technical specifications and managing complex delivery pipelines.
Technical Communication: Ability to translate abstract business goals into clear requirements for engineering.
Fluency in English (C1): Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
