Operations Director (Relocation to Dubai) â Luxury Hospitality
A leading international hospitality entity is seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee a portfolio of world-class dining concepts across multiple international markets.
This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a highly accomplished hospitality professional with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across luxury venues.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of luxury hospitality concepts, ensuring operational excellence and consistency.
Drive business performance through effective financial management, budgeting, and commercial decision-making.
Develop, mentor, and inspire senior operational leaders while fostering a culture of excellence.
Ensure exceptional guest experience standards are maintained across all locations.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Work closely with executive leadership to support business growth and future expansion.
Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior multi-site operations leadership role within luxury hospitality.
Strong background overseeing high-end dining concepts or luxury hospitality operations.
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
Commercially minded with strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and operational performance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and operational excellence.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE (relocation will be provided by the company).
