About the role

Als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für technische Qualitätskontrolle und Computertechnik sind Sie für die technische Prüfung, Qualitätskontrolle sowie die fachgerechte Aufbereitung von Computern und Laptops verantwortlich. Sie stellen sicher, dass unsere Geräte den festgelegten Qualitätsstandards entsprechen und einwandfrei funktionieren. Durch Ihr technisches Verständnis und Ihre sorgfältige Arbeitsweise tragen Sie dazu bei, unseren Kunden zuverlässige und qualitativ hochwertige IT-Produkte bereitzustellen.

Aufgaben

Technische Überprüfung und Funktionskontrolle von PCs und Laptops

Durchführung der Qualitätskontrolle vor Auslieferung

Diagnose und Behebung einfacher Hardwarefehler

Fachgerechtes Zerlegen und Zusammenbauen von Computern und Laptops

Austausch und Einbau von Hardwarekomponenten (z. B. SSD, RAM, Netzteil, Lüfter)

Durchführung von Funktionstests und Dokumentation der Prüfergebnisse

Reinigung, Wartung und Aufbereitung von IT-Geräten

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards

Qualifikation

Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Computerhardware

Erfahrung im Umgang mit PCs und Laptops sowie deren Komponenten

Fähigkeit, Computer und Laptops fachgerecht zu zerlegen und wieder zusammenzubauen

Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Qualitätsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit

Teamfähigkeit sowie eigenständiges Arbeiten

Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Hardware oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sind von Vorteil

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (min. C1)
