About the role

The Mission
We need a "Digital Culture Architect" to command our brand’s voice across the internet. Your job is to engineer viral content loops, run narrative experiments, and capture attention with surgical precision. This is a remote, high-availability role for a fast-moving creator who views social platforms as a 24/7 landscape and understands how to move the needle at the absolute forefront of Web3 and internet culture.
We value speed, creative intuition, and extreme ownership over corporate credentials. Whether you are a meme connoisseur with a track record of building hyper-engaged audiences or a narrative strategist who knows how to hijack the news cycle, we care about your output. If you have the drive to master our brand’s unique identity and the discipline to maintain an elite posting cadence under high market velocity, we will give you the creative sovereignty to shape our public legacy.
Key Responsibilities
Narrative Distribution: Own the end-to-end execution of our social channels, translating complex product launches and ecosystem updates into high-impact, platform-native content.

Content Engineering: Script, design, and ship high-velocity content—ranging from sharp text threads and cultural memes to engaging short-form multi-media assets.

Trend Hijacking: Constantly monitor real-time internet trends, memes, and industry shifts, executing lightning-fast content pivots to keep Partyhat at the center of the global conversation.

Performance Analytics: Track impression metrics, engagement rates, and conversion hooks with analytical rigor, transforming raw audience data into cold, calculated content strategies.

Brand Voice Governance: Maintain an uncompromised, razor-sharp brand identity across every public touchpoint, ensuring our tone remains consistent, authentic, and forward-thinking.

Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with our internal Design and Product teams to align public announcements with internal shipping timelines and launch schedules.

The Requirements
The "Culture Native": Deep, intuitive fluency in internet-native culture, social distribution algorithms, and narrative framing. You know what makes people click, bookmark, and share.

Technical Agility: Fast-moving execution skills using modern creative toolkits (CapCut, Figma, Premiere Pro, or equivalent content creation pipelines).

Hyper-Availability: This isn't a 9-to-5. The internet never sleeps, and viral moments happen on weekends. You must be available 7 days a week to monitor active threads, deploy content during peak surges, and handle breaking narratives.

Web3 Literacy: You possess a native understanding of the Web3 landscape. You live on-chain, get the underlying psychology of digital asset communities, and know how to speak their language naturally.

Operational Excellence: Self-motivated and highly organized; you can balance a massive multi-channel publishing matrix without letting a single asset slip through the cracks.

Operational Details
Location: Fully Remote.

Schedule: On-call 7 days a week (Requires high flexibility to match the 24/7 velocity of global social algorithms).

Payment: All compensation is processed in digital assets (USDC/USDT).

Why Join Us?
We offer more than just a typical social media role; we offer the chance to pilot the voice of a global powerhouse.
Extreme Creative Freedom: We value attention and output over corporate red tape. If your content angle is sharp and hits the mark, we run it.

Massive Distribution: Your work will instantly step onto a global stage, commanding the attention of thousands of active users every single day.

A Culture of Momentum: Join a team that moves at the speed of light. You will be constantly learning, testing new content formats, and driving real-world market metrics.

High-Growth Upside: We value "potential over pedigree." For a Social Media Manager who consistently captures attention and scales our audience footprint, there is a clear, unrestricted runway to lead our entire media function.
