Bei NCI Consulting betreuen wir anspruchsvolle Executive Search Mandate im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen. Die zu besetzenden Positionen reichen von operativen Mitarbeitern bis zur C-Suite (CFO).

Du arbeitest an echten Projekten mit und durchläufst alle wichtigen Prozesse einer professionellen Personalberatung.

Alle Bausteine erfolgreicher Personalberatung

Grundlagen in Buchhaltung, Sales & Marketing

Wie man Top-Talente identifiziert und akquiriert

Kundenbeziehungsmanagement

Umgang mit mondernen Recruitingtools

Eigenständige und kreative Lösungsansätze bauen

Qualifikation

Idealerweise Studium in BWL, Personalmanagement oder ähnlichen Studiengängen (kein Muss)

Interesse an Personalberatung & Recruiting

EIgenmotivation und Bereitschaft etwas Neues zu lernen
