We're hiring multiple Software Engineers to join a fast-growing engineering team building the infrastructure behind a mission-critical fintech platform. If you enjoy solving large-scale backend and infrastructure challenges while enabling other engineers to ship faster, we'd love to talk.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure that powers a production platform processing critical financial transactions.
Improve developer experience through better CI/CD pipelines, deployment tooling, monitoring, and automation.
Design scalable backend systems and platform services with reliability and performance in mind.
Troubleshoot production issues, improve system resiliency, and help prevent future incidents.
Collaborate closely with engineers across the company to establish infrastructure best practices and maintain high engineering standards.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
1–4 years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and at least one additional backend programming language.
Experience building or supporting backend infrastructure or core platform services.
Experience with one or more of the following:Cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Distributed or event-driven systems
System scaling and performance optimization
Caching technologies
Backend integrations
Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and system design.
Nice to Have
AWS infrastructure experience.
PostgreSQL or database infrastructure experience.
Experience with microservices or GraphQL APIs.
Cross-team platform or developer tooling experience.
Personal projects, open-source contributions, or strong passion for engineering.
