About the role

We are looking for an operations manager capable of overseeing all daily operations at katana-us.com and its group, bringing structure, efficiency, and clarity.
Tasks
Managing all daily operations across the company
Coordinating internal teams (support, creative, logistics, media buyers…)
Ensuring smooth execution of orders, customer support, workflows, and timelines
Implementing processes, SOPs, and operational improvements
Monitoring KPIs and maintaining operational dashboards
Managing communication with suppliers, partners, and external services
Supporting product launches and peak seasons (Black Friday, new brands…)
Troubleshooting operational issues and unblocking bottlenecks
Overseeing or coordinating website updates and changes when needed
Preparing the operational infrastructure for scale: new brands, more volume, more complexity
Working closely with the founder on strategic and execution-related decisions
Requirements
Has real experience in e-commerce operations
Is extremely organized, reliable, and execution-focused
Has strong problem-solving skills and can stay calm under pressure
Have experience in team management and recruitment
Can build structure inside an environment that moves fast
Has experience with online tools (Shopify, Notion, Slack, support tools…)
Speaks fluent English
Is available full-time and long-term
Bonus : Has the ambition to grow into a Head of Ops → COO position
