● Comfortable learning new software quickly and navigating admin systems without hand-holding
● Highly detail-oriented and organized: this role lives and dies on accuracy
● Clear written communicator, especially when flagging issues or asking for help
● Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and the site changes often
● Curious and eager to learn the operational side of a DTC ecommerce business
Nice to Have
● Direct hands-on experience in Shopify admin (even personal or class projects)
