About the role

You Already Know How to Hunt. Now Build Something That Keeps Paying.
If you have built a territory, knocked on doors, called on business owners, and closed face-to-face — you already have the hard part. Paynada will teach you payments. As a B2B Outside Sales Representative, you will help merchants reduce or eliminate processing costs while building monthly residual income from every account you activate.
Backgrounds That Translate Directly
Payroll sales
Copier or office equipment
Telecom or wireless business sales
Uniform, facility services, fuel card, or route-based B2B sales
SaaS field sales with SMB focus
Insurance, benefits, or commercial financial services

What You Get
Fast Start Bonus Program
Uncapped commissions - no territory ceiling
Recurring residual income on qualified retained accounts
Scripts, talk tracks, onboarding, and live coaching

Earnings: Experienced B2B reps typically build $100,000-150,000 per year within 12 months. Residuals begin accruing after qualified merchant accounts are activated and retained. Results vary by activity, volume, and market.
What You Will Do
Develop your own book of business through prospecting and referrals
Meet with owners and decision-makers at small and mid-sized businesses
Review merchant statements and present Paynada payment solutions
Guide merchants through onboarding and build a recurring residual portfolio

This Is Not for You If…
You have only done inside sales or worked inbound lead queues
You need a base salary or W-2 benefits
You expect leads to be provided rather than self-sourced
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. No base salary, no W-2 employment, no traditional employee benefits. Income is tied directly to your performance.
If you are already doing the hard work of B2B prospecting, you may as well build recurring income while you do it.
Next step: Qualified applicants are invited to a live information webinar covering the compensation model, the merchant conversation, and what the first 90 days look like. No commitment required to attend.
