About the role

This position can be performed remotely for candidates based in Northern Portugal, with monthly meetings in Porto or Lisbon (to be confirmed).
Identify and prospect new B2B clients.
Target senior executives and schedule qualified meetings to maximize sales opportunities.
Define a personalized outreach strategy and initiate first contacts.
Manage and enrich our CRM (Salesforce).
Provide regular follow-up and reporting to your manager.
Additional Information: You will receive training on our areas of expertise (sales techniques, products, customer relationship, performance tracking, Salesforce, and prospecting tools).
About you:
1-2 years of B2B sales experience
Experience in consulting services is a plus, but not required
Attentive, dynamic, and enthusiastic.
Strong sales instinct: you enjoy persuading and negotiating.
