Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst – ServiceNow ITOM / ITAM to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and document IT operations and asset management processes.
Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and asset management teams.
Define requirements for CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and asset lifecycle management.
Convert business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Support process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
Conduct gap analyses and process assessments.
Requirements:
5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow ITOM and/or ITAM modules.
Strong understanding of CMDB and asset management processes.
Experience working with enterprise IT operations environments.
Fluent German (C1) and English.
EU-based location.
