Job Title: SAP Middleware Developer
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2
Salary Range: $125,000–$145,000 Annually

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Middleware Developer to design, build, and operate enterprise integration scenarios that connect SAP S/4HANA and other SAP applications with a wide variety of non-SAP, third-party, and cloud-based systems. In this role you will own the full integration lifecycle, from requirements analysis and interface design, through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will combine deep CPI expertise with a strong understanding of integration patterns, API management, and message-based architectures, and will partner with functional consultants, enterprise architects, and integration partners to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable integration solutions.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Five or more years of SAP integration experience, with at least three years on SAP Integration Suite / CPI.

Strong hands-on experience with iFlow development, Groovy/Java scripting, and a wide range of CPI adapters.

Solid understanding of integration patterns and middleware concepts.

Experience with SAP API Management and event-driven architectures.

Working knowledge of SAP PI/PO and prior experience migrating PI/PO interfaces to CPI is highly desirable.

Familiarity with security standards including OAuth2, SAML, and certificate-based authentication.

Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Experience working in S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, or Concur integration scenarios.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
SAP-certified Integration Suite or CPI developer credentials.

Hands-on experience with SAP Event Mesh and SAP Advanced Event Mesh.

Exposure to SAP BTP development and CAP framework.

Familiarity with non-SAP integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi).

Experience with DevOps and CI/CD for SAP Integration Suite content transports.
