Job Summary
We’re looking a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to support high-growth companies in executing and optimizing their revenue strategies. This is a highly technical, cross-functional role that blends sales engineering, marketing operations, and data automation to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth.
As a GTM Engineer, you’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to build scalable systems, optimize workflows, and implement tools that enhance go-to-market performance.

Key Responsibilities

Build, implement, and optimize go-to-market systems and workflows across sales and marketing teams

Manage and integrate tools such as CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), outbound platforms, and analytics tools

Automate lead generation, enrichment, and outreach processes

Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives to improve pipeline efficiency

Develop dashboards and reporting systems to track performance metrics (conversion rates, CAC, pipeline velocity)

Support outbound campaigns through technical setup, A/B testing, and optimization

Maintain clean, structured, and scalable data pipelines

Troubleshoot technical issues across GTM tools and platforms

Requirements
2+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and outbound strategies
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, APIs)
Proficiency in data handling (Google Sheets, Excel, or SQL preferred)
Familiarity with outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist)
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Experience in SaaS, startups, or high-growth environments is a plus
