πŸ’‘ Your Mission: Own inbound support and drive great resolutions
As a Working Student in Customer Support, you own inbound cases end-to-end across voice, chat, and email, working closely with Technical Support to solve issues fast. Your shifts cover evenings and weekends, when nurses need us most.

Manage inbound voice, chat, and email support during your shift

Own cases end-to-end - triage, follow-up, and clear handover

Partner with Technical Support on complex issues and escalations

Cover evening and weekend shifts in a rotating schedule, planned weeks ahead

🀝 Your Skillset - What you bring to the table
Enrolled student (Bachelor's/Master's) - active enrollment required for a Werkstudent contract

First customer-facing experience (jobs, hospitality, retail, or similar) and clear, empathetic communication

Structured problem-solver, comfortable with everyday tech (apps, logins, permissions)

Available for rotating evening/weekend shifts; fluent German (C2) and solid English

Nice to have: support tooling experience (Intercom, Zendesk, or similar), or a healthcare/regulated background.
