About the role

comstruct turns the paper chaos of construction into structured data. We extract material data from delivery notes and invoices at item level and automate what construction companies still do by hand: documentation, invoice entry, reconciliation. We're looking for exceptional talent to help us empower the industry with smarter and more efficient solutions.

About the role 🦺
As our Head of Customer Experience you own the entire post-sales journey of our customers. You lead a team that covers everything from Solution Engineering and POV Implementation through Rollout and Adoption to Expansion and Support. Your mission: flawless rollouts and a customer experience that makes comstruct the operating system of every construction site.

What you will be building 🏗️
Build and lead the CX org: You hire, develop and coach the team across the entire customer experience journey. From scoping ERP architectures in Solution Engineering to resolving requests in Support. You set the structure, the standards and the pace.

Make technical rollouts a machine: POVs, supplier integrations, on-site onboardings and multi-site rollouts - you turn what's currently craftsmanship into a scalable system that gets customers to value in weeks, not quarters.

Own the post-sales P&L: You tie customer health to ARR, run strategic QBRs with enterprise decision makers and build the engine that surfaces qualified expansion signals before Sales ever gets involved.

Shape the product from the field: You sit in Engineering and Product sprint meetings, drive roadmap prioritization from customer signals and make sure what gets built is what moves accounts forward.

What we're looking for ✨
You bring 3-5 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Implementation, Value Engineering or Customer Success in enterprise or mid-market environments with high implementation complexity. Structuring POV execution and scoping complex technical implementations across multiple stakeholders is your core, not a secondary skill.

You have led a team for at least 1-2 years, hiring and developing ICs, in an environment where the playbook didn't exist until you wrote it.

You don't need to code, but you can read and map an ERP integration, assess what's feasible and push back in a room full of engineers.

You are eager to learn the product from scratch and understand it inside out. You drive roadmap prioritization from the field and connect customer feedback to what actually gets built.

You have carried commercial ownership in a previous implementation or GTM role. You've qualified upsell, defended pricing and driven expansion.

You handle multi-layered enterprise accounts, tough stakeholder conversations and direct feedback without losing composure.

You speak German on a native level and are fluent in English.

Nice to have: Construction Tech, Supply Chain or Logistics SaaS experience; hands-on building of features or integrations; early-stage startup experience (
