Qualifications
Experience in a fast-paced environment (top-tier consulting, investment banking, or hypergrowth startup)
Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and make decisions independently
Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
Curiosity for the energy transition and climate tech space
Fluent in German (at least C1)
Don’t worry if you haven’t worked in energy before. What matters most is your drive, ownership, and willingness to learn fast.
