About the role

Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Born in 2014, they rocked the CIS region, and now take the success to the world.
We are currently looking for a SEO specialist to drive organic growth in highly competitive niches, including iGaming and betting. This role is focused on strengthening online presence and supporting the overall growth of projects.
📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:

Developing SEO strategies for cross-brand websites targeting;

Launching and reviewing websites: preparing technical requirements for developers and conducting technical audits of launched sites;

Managing website content: semantic core collection, keyword clustering, text analysis of competitors’ articles, preparing briefs for copywriters, generating texts with AI, and reviewing completed content;

Off-page optimization: auditing the backlink profile of the site and its competitors, preparing anchor lists, and purchasing links;

Searching for and selecting drop domains, participating in auctions and purchasing them, restoring domains, placing links, and sourcing new domains;

Monitoring search results and reacting quickly to changes;

Analyzing competitor strategies and identifying growth opportunities for promoted websites;

Monitoring and analytics, including conversion-focused work;

Testing hypotheses: running A/B tests, analyzing results, and adjusting approaches accordingly.

📚 Your qualifications:

2+ years of hands-on SEO experience;

Proven experience in betting / iGaming / gambling, or other gray-area, highly competitive niches targeting the CIS market, with a solid understanding of the restrictions and specifics involved;

Ability to conduct competitor analysis and develop SEO strategies;

Strong expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, and link building;

Proficiency with the following tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Jira;

Working knowledge of CSS/HTML required for SEO tasks;

Ability to independently source and purchase drop domains;

Experience collaborating with developers and copywriters;

Self-sufficiency, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to grow and test hypotheses.

➕ Nice to have:
Experience with behavioral factor manipulation is a strong plus.
