About the role

On behalf of a fast-growing European HealthTech company, we are looking for an International Growth Manager (m/w/d) to lead its market entry and expansion across the Nordic region.

The initial focus will be on Sweden, Denmark, and Finland, with the objective of launching and scaling a digital healthcare offering in the rapidly growing market for medically supported weight management.

This is not a purely strategic position. You will take ownership of market entry, launch execution, and commercial growth. Working closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, Medical, and Legal teams, you will translate market insights into scalable and successful country launches.

Tasks

Develop and execute the market-entry strategy for Sweden, Denmark, and Finland

Conduct in-depth market assessments covering regulatory requirements, competitive positioning, patient needs, and local healthcare infrastructure

Build and continuously refine a repeatable Country Launch Playbook

Drive localization, legal and regulatory compliance, operational readiness, and local supply-chain integration

Own the commercial strategy and business case for each marketEvaluate pricing, reimbursement potential, unit economics, and key growth levers

Coordinate cross-functional launch activities across Product, Operations, Marketing, Medical, and LegalIdentify and establish strategic partnerships that support market access, brand development, and long-term commercial success

Monitor and optimize post-launch performance based on key metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion, retention, and contribution margin

Lead strategic growth initiatives, including testing new business models, channels, and partnership opportunities across the Nordic region

Requirements

At least three years of professional experience in strategy consulting, venture development, international expansion, or strategic growth

A strong academic degree in Business, Economics, or a related field

Fluency in English and Swedish or Danish

Finnish and German language skills are a strong advantage

A proven track record of launching or scaling businesses in new markets

Ideally, hands-on experience in Sweden, Denmark, or Finland

A strong understanding of the commercial, cultural, and regulatory dynamics of the Nordic markets

Excellent analytical skills and confidence in developing business cases and unit-economics models

The ability to translate data and complex market insights into clear strategic recommendations

A structured and systems-oriented approach, with a focus on creating scalable solutions rather than one-off processes

An entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership, and a clear bias for action

The ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments

Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams

This is a key position within the international growth strategy of an ambitious European HealthTech scale-up.

You will have the opportunity to build new markets from the ground up and directly shape both strategic direction and operational execution. The role offers significant ownership, high visibility, and a measurable impact on commercial performance.

It is particularly suited to someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, thrives in dynamic environments, and is motivated by turning complex market requirements into scalable growth models.
