Partner closely with Product, Data, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support to identify and deliver cross-functional initiatives that improve customer retention and reactivation.

Monitor and report on key CRM KPIs, turning customer insights into actionable recommendations and a prioritized roadmap.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

4–6+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or customer engagement.

Proven track record of driving customer retention and reactivation in a digital, marketplace, subscription, or e-commerce business.

Hands-on experience with CRM and Braze is a must!

Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with experience using customer data to drive informed business decisions.
