About the Role
We are hiring a high-end Video Editor to produce premium, performance-driven content for Australian clients across real estate, government, and commercial sectors.
This is a top-tier role — not basic social edits.
You will craft polished, brand-aligned, high-impact video content that reflects corporate standards while still driving engagement across modern platforms.
You must understand the balance between:
Professional corporate storytelling
High-performing short-form content
Key Responsibilities

Edit corporate and short-form videos for:
Real estate (listings, project showcases, agent branding)

Government & infrastructure communications

Commercial and corporate marketing content

Produce clean, premium, brand-consistent edits (not over-edited / gimmicky)

Apply:
Precise cuts and pacing

Clean transitions and motion

Professional captions and subtitles

Subtle sound design and audio balancing

Repurpose:
Long-form content into high-performing short clips

Corporate footage into engaging digital assets

Implement:
Strong hooks (first 1–3 seconds)

Retention-focused pacing without compromising brand tone

Follow brand guidelines strictly across multiple clients

Manage feedback and revisions with speed and accuracy

Requirements

4–7+ years video editing experience (corporate/commercial essential)

Strong portfolio across:
Corporate video

Real estate content

Commercial/brand work

Advanced proficiency in:
Adobe Premiere Pro (essential)

After Effects (strong advantage)

DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut (optional)

Strong understanding of:
