About the role

Location: Remote / Berlin (regular video shoot days in Berlin) | Language Requirement: Fluent German & English | Employment Type: Part-Time or Working Student
At Deepslate, we are building Speech to Speech Voice AI models that sound and act indistinguishable from a human. And we believe everyone should be able to use it.

When it comes to text and images, giants like OpenAI and Google have already cracked the code. With video, Veo3, Sora and others are closing the gap rapidly. But with its endless languages, dialects, accents, subtle intonations, and speech melodies voice remains a highly complex unsolved frontier.

That is exactly why we started Deepslate. Backed by top-tier investors from the Tech and AI sectors, as well as major German VC funds, we are incredibly well-funded and moving fast.

We are building the future of communication.

We aren't trying to build another standalone platform; instead, we are the intelligence engine powering countless other applications. Whether it's integrated as a module by a CRM provider, plugged into another Voice AI platform, or directly embedded into an enterprise system by our integration partners - our model is everywhere.

Your Role

Our model speaks for itself in every demo. But the people who should hear about it (enterprise decision-makers, platform builders, investors) don't spend their days in demos. They spend them on LinkedIn. Your mission is to build Deepslate's social media presence from the ground up and completely own it: the personal profiles of our two founders Paskal & Jan (CEO & CTO), built from zero, and our company page alongside them.
You won't start from zero on knowledge: We already have seven-figure impressions through personal profiles, and the learnings are documented. Product context, target audience, and content pillars are defined, and especially in the beginning you'll get intensive support from our growth team.
This is not an execution role with a finished playbook; it's a builder role with a strong foundation. The role is designed for part-time or working student capacity: We believe 15 to 20 focused hours with real ownership beat a full-time checklist. We'll define the exact scope and priorities together based on your availability.

Give Deepslate a Voice on LinkedIn
You'll turn our founders' knowledge and our customers' real stories into content that keeps enterprises and investors warm over months, and make a complex technology feel tangible, credible, and worth following.
Build & Own: Take complete ownership of our LinkedIn presence: positioning, content strategy, editorial planning, every single post, the approval workflow, and reporting. From zero to a channel that matters.

Founder Ghostwriting: Turn short conversations and voice memos into posts that sound like our founders, not like marketing. Founder content runs primarily in English.

Short-Form Video: Produce clips and story formats from real customer projects, founder insights, and product moments. We shoot together in Berlin.

Community: Comments, DMs, and genuine exchange with our B2B audience: contact centers, Voice AI platforms, and enterprise decision-makers.

Take Our Content Game to the Next Level:
Data-Driven Growth: Track reach, engagement, and inbound requests. Test hooks and formats systematically, build your own reporting, and let the numbers decide what gets scaled.

AI as Leverage: We're an AI company, internally too. Build an AI-assisted content workflow with us, from research to drafts to design, and keep pushing it further. Our goal is real leverage: more output, higher quality, faster learning loops.

Employee Advocacy: Help design the incentive program that gets our whole team posting on LinkedIn: templates, coaching, and a mechanism that turns the team into a reach multiplier.

What We're Looking For: Must-Haves:
Experience in social media management with a B2B / LinkedIn focus, ideally with examples or profiles we can look at (including your own).

Excellent writing in English and German: founder content is primarily in English, our audience is European.

An AI-first mindset: You already use AI tools (Claude & co.) daily and naturally in your content workflow, and you want to make AI your most important tool. Tell us how you work with it today.

A data-driven way of working: You make content decisions based on numbers, not gut feeling, and you change your mind when the data tells you to.

A founder-like mindset: You treat this channel like your own product. You'll get clear goals, a strong foundation, and sparring, but nobody assigns you tasks. You decide, prioritize, and deliver.

Availability of roughly 15 to 20 hours per week. If you join as a working student, you're enrolled at a university for the duration of the role.

Based in Berlin or nearby: We work remote-first, but meet regularly for video shoots and team days.

Nice-to-Haves:
Ghostwriting experience or a visibly grown LinkedIn presence of your own.

A confident hand with short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere & co.), or the drive to learn it fast.

Previous experience in a fast-paced Startup or DeepTech environment.

Experience building content workflows with AI tools or agents.
