Founded in 2025, Omnisent is a Munich-based defense technology company developing fully autonomous, Counter-UAS system. We are a small, high-output team from Cambridge, Imperial College, MIT, and BCG united by a mission to redefine modern airspace security.
Aufgaben
We are looking for a Lab Manager to lead our makerspace – owning the tools, equipment, and procurement processes that keep our hardware and engineering teams building without friction.
Manage and maintain our lab and makerspace, including tools, equipment, and workspace organization
Own procurement of lab equipment, components, and consumables
Operate lab equipment and support engineering teams with hands-on fabrication and testing needs
Set up and maintain processes for inventory management and equipment upkeep
Ensure the lab meets safety and operational standards as the team scales
Qualifikation
Hands-on experience managing a lab, workshop, or makerspace environment
Experience with procurement processes for technical equipment and components
Comfortable operating a range of lab/workshop equipment
Highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate the team's operational needs
EU work authorization
