This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer / Signage Designer based in Luxembourg.

This is a remote freelance opportunity for a Graphic Designer specializing in signage and visual communication projects. The role focuses on creating high-quality signage visuals and supporting a busy design workflow for diverse corporate and architectural projects. You will collaborate with project teams, clients, and production partners to deliver accurate and visually effective design solutions. The position is ideal for a detail-oriented designer with experience in signage design and strong technical skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment where adaptability, organization, and meeting deadlines are key. Accountabilities:

As a Freelance Graphic Designer / Signage Designer, you will support ongoing signage projects by producing accurate design visuals and adapting creative materials based on project requirements. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure designs are prepared effectively for implementation.

Create signage design visuals based on provided project information, specifications, and brand guidelines.

Adapt designs across a variety of bespoke signage and visual communication projects.

Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and supply chain partners to deliver project requirements.

Prepare artwork using industry-standard design tools while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines.

Review project details carefully and ensure files are organized and production-ready where required.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a junior to mid-level Graphic Designer with experience in signage design or related visual communication projects. You should have strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and confidence working independently in a remote freelance environment.

1–2 years of experience in graphic design, signage design, or a related role.

A portfolio demonstrating relevant graphic design and signage-related work.

Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and/or CorelDRAW.

Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and visual accuracy.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Strong computer literacy and experience with digital file management.

Experience within the signage industry is highly desirable.

Ability to interpret signage drawings and design artwork to scale for fabrication is a plus.

Experience with Signlabs or similar signage design tools is advantageous.
