Job Title: Marketing Documents Specialist (French)

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage your marketing expertise to create, review, and refine a variety of marketing documents in French.
Develop, edit, and organize polished presentations and spreadsheets using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Ensure all content meets high standards of clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency in both French and English contexts.
Collaborate with the customer's team to identify marketing material needs and gather relevant data or information.
Provide expert-level insight into marketing terminology, document structure, and best practices.
Communicate effectively, providing both written and verbal feedback on marketing content for AI training purposes.
Utilize your experience working with Fortune 500 brands to inform document tone, style, and strategic messaging.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Native-level proficiency in French, with strong command of written and verbal communication.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, focused on producing or managing marketing documents.
Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience creating, editing, and evaluating a range of marketing collateral.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand voice across multiple document types.
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Direct experience working with or for Fortune 500 organizations.
Familiarity with AI-based projects or a keen interest in AI-driven content development.
Based in the US or an understanding of US-based marketing practices.
