About the Role
We are an early-stage, venture-backed AI infrastructure company building production-ready systems that help organizations deploy high-performance AI clusters rapidly and reliably. Our work spans inference pipelines, distributed training, storage orchestration, GPU scheduling, and Kubernetes-based distributed operating systems.
As a Java Developer, you will play a critical role in bridging customer needs with engineering execution. You'll be responsible for translating real-world requirements into robust, scalable software solutions that deliver lasting value to our users and clients.

What You'll Do
Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based applications aligned with customer expectations and business goals.
Analyze complex customer problems and implement clean, scalable code that drives long-term system reliability.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of features that reflect a deep understanding of user needs.
Iterate on existing applications by incorporating customer feedback and applying software engineering best practices.
What We're Looking For
Required: Strong hands-on experience with Java development and a solid grasp of modern software engineering principles.
Demonstrated ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into clear, well-designed technical solutions.
Solid computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
Excellent communication skills with a track record of collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.
Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with a focus on writing maintainable, high-quality code.

Location
This role is based in Los Angeles, CA. Candidates should be available to work on-site. Visa sponsorship is not available.
