💻 The Role

We’re seeking proactive and highly organized Junior Sourcing Representatives in China to support our global manufacturing marketplace. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and onboarding qualified factories, assigning RFQs (Request for Quotes), and ensuring quote turnaround times meet service level expectations. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented position that requires persistence, excellent communication skills, and a strong grasp of local manufacturing landscapes.
What You’ll Do:

Source Factories: Identify and vet suitable factories in your region to fulfill RFQs across various product categories (e.g., apparel, accessories, packaging).

Assign RFQs: Assign RFQs to selected factories via our internal operations platform.

Follow Up for Submissions: Ensure factories submit quotes promptly by actively following up and providing necessary support.

Upload Quotes: If needed, upload quotes on behalf of factories that are unfamiliar with or unable to use the system.

Factory Onboarding: Guide factories through our onboarding process and ensure they are trained on how to use our platform.

Meet SLA Targets

Maintain Records: Keep clear documentation of factory status, submissions, and escalations in our CRM or tracking tools.

About You:

Based in China, with strong understanding of local factory networks

Proficiency in English and either Mandarin (for China-based candidates) or Spanish (for South America-based candidates)

Prior experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or logistics

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and meet strict deadlines

Nice to Have:

Experience working with RFQ systems or manufacturing platforms

Previous work with e-commerce brands, supply chain teams, or B2B marketplaces

High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
