How to Apply: Write a brief breakdown of the products you've built, highlighting the technical challenges you solved, the decisions you owned, and your specific contributions. Tell us why you're interested in joining Suzega—what draws you to our mission and how you see yourself contributing. What Happens Next: We will review applications. If selected, you'll participate in 2 one-hour virtual interviews with our Trusted Interviewers. You may be asked to complete a design exercise or case study. We will make our decision within 2 weeks and inform you with a flexible start date. Why This Matters: At Suzega, we're not just building better AI—we're thinking about how AI can work better with people and society. Are you ready to help shape what AI can and should do? Do you want to use your technical skills to make a real difference? If so, we'd love to hear from you. This is more than a job. It's a chance to shape the future.
