Aufgaben

Abrechnungsexzellenz: Sie stellen die korrekte und pünktliche Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung sicher.

Daten, die zählen: Pflege, Kontrolle und Überwachung von Personalstammdaten und Zeitwirtschaftssystemen gehören zu Ihrem Tagesgeschäft.

Sorgfalt mit System: Sie prüfen und verwalten abrechnungsrelevante Dokumente mit größter Genauigkeit.

Beratung, die ankommt: Ob Mitarbeitende, Krankenkassen oder Behörden – Sie haben immer die passende Antwort auf abrechnungsrelevante Fragen.

Blick für Details: Sie erstellen Auswertungen und bereiten diese optimal für Prüfungen vor.

Qualifikation

Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Erfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung.

Mehrjährige Praxis in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, idealerweise für mehrere Betriebe oder Mandanten.

Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht, gerne ergänzt durch Tarifvertragserfahrung.

Sicherer Umgang mit Gehaltsabrechnungssystemen (DATEV ist ein Plus) und MS Office.

Sie lieben es, präzise zu arbeiten, denken analytisch und sind ein echtes Organisationstalent.
