About the role

Motorica is the motion intelligence layer for AAA and AA studios.
Our proprietary motion capture data and generative technology turn months of animation work into minutes; removing one of the biggest bottlenecks in game and cinematic production.
We already work with some of the most recognized studios in the world, and this is just the beginning.
We are researchers, engineers, and talent from around the world, brought together to solve some of the industry's hardest problems.
The role
This is a pioneering, high-ownership role for a driven commercial builder who understands the North American gaming landscape and knows how to open doors in it. You will own North America, and you inherit live relationships and real momentum to take much further. The full cycle is yours: finding the studios and the people who decide, running the demo, closing, and handing off cleanly to our engagement team. You are Motorica in North America and set the technical direction, but you also do the work.
What you will do

Drive awareness: Build pipeline into the AAA and AA studios that feel the animation bottleneck most

Strategic outreach: Find the decision makers, earn their trust, and learn their pipelines well enough to be useful before you sell anything

Tailored solutions: Run the demos yourself, with our product strategists alongside you

Revenue acceleration: Carry an ambitious number and beat it

Market intelligence: Send the global team what you learn: studios, trends, competitor moves

Who you are
We care more about who you are than the exact path that got you here. You're the kind of person who's genuinely curious about how studios build; you learn a pipeline before you pitch to it.
You carry a number and want it to be ambitious. You're steady owning a market alone, resourceful when there's no playbook, and you'd rather earn trust slowly than push a bad-fit deal. Relationship-driven and commercially sharp, in equal measure.
Key qualifications

A track record selling into AAA and AA studios, ideally tools, tech or services that go into production pipelines

You know the North American games landscape from the inside: the publishers, the studios, and the people.

Experience growing a market, not just working a territory. You have led an expansion before.

Comfortable working independently and remotely with a passion for exceeding goals

Based in North America (US or Canada) and authorized to work there, ideally near a major studio hub

Nice to have: you have done this inside a fast-growing startup or scaleup.
Why join us
This is a rare chance to represent a globally recognized, deep-tech product in a market where the timing is right and the opportunity is real. You will have the autonomy to shape Motorica's presence in the North American market, working directly with world-class game studios and a daring, multicultural team globally located, with HQ in Stockholm. North America is one of the largest gaming markets in the world; and you will be the one leading the way in it.
