About the role

About the Role
An early-stage B2B SaaS startup in the procurement AI space is looking for a Founder's Associate Intern / Working Student to join their Berlin team. You'll work directly alongside the CEO to build and execute the enterprise sales playbook from the ground up — running high-volume outbound outreach, generating qualified pipeline with procurement leaders at industrial manufacturers, and learning enterprise sales from first principles.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is excited about outbound sales, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to see how an early-stage startup grows from zero to traction.
What You'll Do
Run outbound outreach at scale across email and LinkedIn to fill the top of the pipeline with qualified enterprise conversations.

Research target accounts and identify the right contacts and trigger events for timely, relevant outreach.

Write personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages aimed at procurement leaders at industrial manufacturers — in both German and English.

Manage and execute multi-touch sequences and follow-ups to maximize reply and conversion rates.

Track open rates, reply rates, and conversion metrics; run A/B tests to improve outreach performance weekly.

Enrich, maintain, and keep target account data clean and actionable in the CRM.

Help prepare meeting materials including competitive research, company briefings, and tailored one-pagers for specific accounts.

Design and iterate on messaging experiments to inform the company's go-to-market playbook.

Sit in on strategy discussions, product demos, and investor conversations to gain full context on the business.

Take on ad-hoc startup tasks such as event prep, partnership research, market analysis, or investor deck updates as needed.

What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
Based in Berlin and available to work from the Kreuzberg office (hybrid arrangement possible).

Experience with outbound outreach at scale — researching target accounts, crafting personalized messages, and managing multi-touch sequences via email and LinkedIn.

Strong professional writing in both German and English; able to write a cold email in German to a Head of Procurement and an investor update in English.

Currently enrolled as a student or a recent graduate in business, engineering, or a similarly rigorous field.

Comfortable using CRM tools to manage data, track outreach metrics, and maintain data hygiene.

Willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks and learn quickly in a fast-moving startup environment.

Entrepreneurial mindset — evidence of building, organizing, or starting something (club, side project, startup, etc.).

Highly organized, reliable, and able to deliver quality work independently without close supervision.

Nice-to-haves:
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Some exposure to procurement processes or domain knowledge.

Genuine interest in B2B enterprise sales, AI, or SaaS.

Location
This role is based on-site / hybrid in Berlin, Germany (Kreuzberg). Candidates must be available to work from the Berlin office. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation details are available upon application. This is an internship / working student position offering:
Direct mentorship from the CEO and exposure to all aspects of an early-stage B2B startup.

Hands-on enterprise sales experience with real ownership from day one.

Front-row seat to strategy, product, and investor conversations.
