Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software across the full stack, with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements and technical specifications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in languages such as Python, Java, Go, or Node.js, and relevant frameworks. Develop and maintain robust APIs and microservices. Implement and advocate for automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and code reviews. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments. Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the engineering team. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, advocating for their adoption where appropriate. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Ensure the security and integrity of the platform and user data. Optimize application performance and scalability to handle high volumes of traffic and data. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and knowledge transfer. Drive technical decision-making and influence the engineering roadmap. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development. Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Ruby, Node.js). Experience with frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus. Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), including design and optimization. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Proven experience in designing and building scalable microservices architectures. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, adept at working within a remote team structure. Experience with agile methodologies. Passion for writing high-quality, well-tested code.
