People · Places · Performance ist die Personalberatung von Sandra Lochmann mit Fokus auf den Alpenraum — Bayern, Tirol, Südtirol, Trentino. Ich arbeite direkt mit Industriekunden in der Region und suche für ein laufendes Projekt freiberufliche Verstärkung bei der Direktansprache gewerblicher Fachkräfte. Kleines Team, kurze Wege, du arbeitest direkt mit mir.

Aufgaben

• Direktansprache von Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten per Telefon, WhatsApp und über Portale

• Aufbau und Pflege der Longlist für die Zielregionen

• Erstgespräche führen und Profile qualifizieren

• Kontakt zu Zeitarbeitsfilialen und lokalen Netzwerken halten

• Kandidatenbegleitung bis zum Vorstellungsgespräch beim Kunden

Qualifikation

• Italienisch als Muttersprache, Deutsch mindestens solide

• Wohnsitz in Südtirol oder im Trentino — du kennst die Region wirklich

• Erfahrung mit gewerblichen Profilen: Produktion, Schicht, Technik. Kein IT-Sourcing

• Du telefonierst lieber, als zu schreiben, und hältst hohe Kontaktzahlen durch

• Kenntnis der somministrazione-Landschaft, idealerweise aus einer Agenturfiliale

• Selbständig mit Partita IVA oder bereit, sie zu eröffnen
