About the role

About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and operations at a fast-moving, founder-led AI-powered B2B SaaS company serving the industrial procurement sector. You'll design and ship product-led acquisition strategies that create durable, compounding growth — moving quickly from hypothesis to prototype to scale. Roughly 80% execution, 20% strategy, this is a high-ownership position where you'll help shape company direction while driving day-to-day impact.
You'll be joining a small, high-performance team at Series A stage, operating with founder-level pace and ambiguity in a mission-driven environment focused on transforming procurement for European industry.
What You'll Do
Identify and build the next compounding growth loop (e.g., supplier referrals, community effects, embedded workflows) end-to-end.

Own organic acquisition through technical SEO and AI-search (GEO) infrastructure to convert procurement queries into pipeline.

Concept and ship product-led wedges that drive user acquisition without proportional sales effort.

Run rapid 0-to-1 cycles: whiteboard → prototype → validate → scale, and pivot decisively when needed.

Define strategy alongside founders (~20% of time) and execute independently (~80% of time).

Own roadmaps and outcomes with extreme ownership — no permission-seeking.

Contribute to a collaborative, ego-free culture that consistently raises team performance.

What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
3+ years in growth or strategy roles with a proven track record of delivering zero-to-one growth loops and scalable growth initiatives.

Ability to work on-site in Munich 4+ days per week.

Fluency in both German and English.

Demonstrated experience owning organic acquisition strategy, including technical SEO and AI-search (GEO) infrastructure.

Proven ability to prototype, validate, and scale ideas rapidly (whiteboard to scale).

Experience leading product-led growth (PLG) initiatives and launching product experiences that drive user acquisition.

B2B SaaS growth experience within industrial procurement or a similar enterprise procurement domain.

Experience with zero-to-one growth projects in VC-backed startups or high-growth environments.

Track record of building growth loops from scratch (referrals, community effects, embedded workflows) and turning them into scalable pipelines.

Nice-to-haves:
Familiarity with the European/DACH regional context and AI-first platform dynamics.

Ambition to found a company someday — someone the team would be excited to back as a founder.

Prior experience at a VC-backed startup or high-growth company operating at founder pace.

Background in consulting, enterprise software, or supply chain/procurement-adjacent domains.

Location
Munich, Bavaria, Germany — on-site, 4+ days per week.

No visa sponsorship available.

Compensation & Benefits
