Position Overview
We’re hiring a Recruiter & Admin Specialist to support talent acquisition, employee administration, and people operations across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment and enjoys managing multiple recruiting and HR workflows. You will play a central role in building our team, coordinating employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring that our people operations remain organized and effective as the company scales globally.
This is a full-time role based in the United States.

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition

Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles, from sourcing and outreach through interview coordination and offer stages.

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using direct sourcing, referrals, job platforms, and other recruiting channels.

Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, interview processes, and hiring priorities.

Manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, follow-ups, and recruitment administration.

Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring updates within the applicant tracking system.

Support a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Onboarding and Employee Lifecycle

Coordinate end-to-end employee onboarding, including documentation, device procurement, system access, benefits enrollment, and orientation.

Support employee changes, transfers, leave administration, and offboarding processes.

Ensure employee records and required documentation are complete, accurate, and properly maintained.

Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences.

HR Administration and People Operations

Maintain HR policies, employee records, templates, and internal documentation.

Track required training, certifications, acknowledgements, and compliance-related workflows.

Serve as a first point of contact for general employee HR and administrative questions.

Support employee communications, engagement initiatives, and other people operations activities.

Identify opportunities to improve recruiting, onboarding, and HR processes.

Requirements

Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR operations, people operations, or a related role.

Experience managing multiple recruitment and employee administration workflows simultaneously.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy when handling employee and candidate information.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.

Comfortable working with senior leadership, employees, candidates, and external vendors.

Based in the United States and able to work full-time.

Preferred Skills

Experience working in a startup, research, technology, or professional-services environment.

Experience recruiting for technical, analytical, research, or business roles.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, HR information systems, and recruiting platforms.

Experience with candidate sourcing tools.

Understanding of US onboarding, benefits administration, employment documentation, and employee lifecycle processes.

Experience supporting a distributed or globally based workforce.

Strong process-building, documentation, and workflow-improvement skills.

Ability to operate effectively in an evolving environment with changing priorities.
