About the role

As Senior Product Manager in the Regulatory Group at Flinn, you'll be owning a product at a major inflection point. It has a deep data foundation, a task-based workflow that saves regulatory experts time, and a growing base of enterprise customers. Your job is to take our regulatory product from early traction to enterprise-ready: benchmarking what's working, closing workflow gaps that matter to highly specialized users, and finding the improvement vectors that could change how regulatory teams work. The path there is earned through sharp prioritization, close customer proximity, and the ability to turn complex problems into concrete steps.

Why Flinn?
We are building a truly exceptional culture: While many companies claim to have a great culture, we invite you to discover what truly sets ours apart. Visit our career page, speak with our team, listen to our founders’ podcast, or experience our culture first-hand during the interview process.

Make a Meaningful Impact: Your work at Flinn contributes directly to solutions that improve people’s health and lives by making high-quality health products accessible for everyone.

Experienced, well-funded, highly professional: As well-funded startup veterans, we know how to sustain long-term business health and success, ensuring an environment for continuous personal growth.

What’s in it for you?
Join a fast-growing, well-funded European startup backed by experienced founders and investors.

Be part of a mission-driven health-tech company whose work directly improves people’s lives.

Take end-to-end ownership of core operational processes that keep the company running.

Play a key role in scaling Flinn, shaping how operations work as we grow.

Work in a high-trust, low-ego environment with autonomy and clear ownership.

Enjoy flexible working hours, remote flexibility, and regular team time in Vienna.

Work in a net-zero company where all unavoidable CO₂ emissions are compensated with carefully selected, high-quality removal certificates.

Receive one of the most employee-friendly equity packages, including fair vesting terms and profit-sharing opportunities.

Grow in a professional, high-standard environment that supports long-term personal and career development.

Your contributions to our journey:
Own the Regulatory product roadmap and take the product to one that enterprise customers genuinely rely on at scale.

Stay close to customers. Understand the day-to-day workflow of regulatory experts well enough to know which friction points are worth solving and which are noise.

Identify and prioritize incremental improvements that reduce real workflow friction, while keeping a longer view on where the product could create entirely new ways of working for your users.

Work tightly with engineering and customer success to move ideas from discovery to shipped and adopted

What you need to be successful:
Experience building complex products from the ground up

Strong ability and openness to operate at both strategic and execution levels, and to switch between them effortlessly.

High curiosity and hands-on interest in AI-first products.

Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience under pressure, a strong sense of ownership, and a bias toward action and learning.

Excellent communication skills (fluent in verbal and written English; German is a plus).

Attributes we are looking for:
3+ years of experience in Product Management.

Proven experience taking a B2B product from early traction to scaled adoption.

Experience working on workflow-heavy or domain-specialist tools (regulatory, legal, compliance, finance).

Demonstrable ability to break complex problems into structured, executable steps.

Strong personal organization skills enabling you to own your workload without a need for process scaffolding.

Comfortable working in ambiguity with limited resourcing.

Hands-on experience with AI-first or AI-enabled products is a strong plus.

Experience working in both small startups and larger scale-ups is a bonus.

Prior background in business, strategy, or consulting before moving into product management is a strong plus. Industry experience in medtech or pharma is a nice-to-have, not a requirement.
