About the role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Communication and Marketing Analyst to work on the creation and visual rollout of marketing and communication materials within a global context. This professional will be responsible for translating strategic concepts into consistent, scalable, and performance-oriented visual assets, supporting demand generation initiatives, sales enablement, and brand positioning.
Daily Responsibilities
Develop content and visual narratives, going beyond purely aesthetic execution:

Structure presentations, case studies, and rich materials with logic, storytelling, and clarity.

Translate technical concepts into accessible messages focused on business value.

Suggest creative approaches and content improvements.

Create and roll out visual content across multiple channels (digital and offline), including:

Social media, digital campaigns, and paid media.

Email marketing and nurturing flows.

Institutional and sales presentations.

Customer case studies and sales enablement materials.

Assets for events (both digital and physical).

Brand Management and Collaboration:

Apply, maintain, and evolve the brand's visual identity, ensuring global consistency and adaptation for different markets and cultures.

Ensure technical quality in file preparation/finalization for digital and print production.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation) to understand demands and transform requirements into efficient visual solutions.

Organize and maintain asset libraries, templates, and guidelines.

Act as a brand guardian, ensuring coherence across all touchpoints.

Requirements

Strong command of visual design applied to corporate marketing and communication.

Experience in creating materials focused on:

Sales enablement

Demand generation (performance marketing)

B2B events and activations

Experience in content and design for B2B companies, preferably in technology (SaaS, integration, iPaaS, APIs, automation).

Proven ability to develop content, not just execute layouts:

Structuring complex presentations and materials.

Information architecture and narrative organization.

Knowledge of multi-channel campaign rollouts.

Advanced experience with tools like Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and collaborative tools.

Experience working within global guidelines and managing high volumes of deliverables.

Experience with file preparation/finalization for digital and print media.

Familiarity with technology topics (integration, automation, digital transformation).

Advanced English (for collaboration with global teams and content adaptation).

Differentials (Nice to Have)

Experience working with 360-degree digital marketing, systems integration, and related topics.

Experience with global companies or multicultural environments.

Deep experience with B2B companies.

Knowledge of copywriting and B2B marketing content.

Knowledge of motion design and video editing.

Experience with collaborative and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Adobe CC, Google Workspace).

Familiarity with performance metrics and creative optimization.

Degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Industrial Design, Fine Arts, Social Communication, or related fields.
