About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Design Intern to join our team at Solvative. This role is a great opportunity for someone passionate about design who wants to gain hands-on experience on real-world projects.

You will work closely with Marketing, Business, UI/UX, and other cross-functional teams, as well as the leads, to create visual content for Solvative and Peerfives, including social media, presentations, websites, campaigns, and events.

The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, open to feedback, and interested in exploring different areas of graphic design and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating graphics for social media, websites, presentations, campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives.

Support the team in designing social media posts, banners, presentations, infographics, and other creative assets.

Work with different teams to understand design requirements and turn ideas into engaging visuals.

Follow and maintain Solvative and Peerfives brand guidelines across creative work.

Make design changes based on feedback and ensure final assets are clean and polished.

Organize and maintain design files and creative assets.

Explore new design trends, tools, and AI-powered creative tools.

Support the design team with day-to-day creative requirements.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar.

Good understanding of basic design principles, including typography, color, layout, and composition.

Creative mindset with good attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and take feedback positively.

Good communication and time-management skills.

A portfolio, college projects, or examples of personal design work.

Good to Have

Basic video editing skills are a plus.

Interest or experience in creating social media content.

Basic understanding of UI/UX design is a plus.

Familiarity with AI tools for design and content creation.
