Wir bauen Anwendungen, die im Betrieb bestehen. Dafür suchen wir jemanden, der ein Feature von der Datenbank bis ins Interface fertig macht und nicht auf halber Strecke stehen bleibt.

Worum es bei uns geht

Unsere Projekte laufen über Jahre, nicht über einzelne Sprints. Saubere Architektur und klare Datenmodelle sind bei uns kein Nachgedanke, sondern die Voraussetzung dafür, dass Produkte wachsen können. KI gehört dabei zum Produkt und zum Arbeitsalltag, nicht in ein Sonderprojekt am Rand.

Aufgaben

Deine Rolle

Du arbeitest in einem unserer Produktteams und verantwortest Features über den kompletten Stack.

Backend mit Laravel und PHP 8.2+

Frontend mit Vue.js

Anbindung von APIs und Drittsystemen

Umsetzung von KI-Funktionen in Kundenprodukten, zum Beispiel RAG-Workflows oder Assistenzfunktionen

Anforderungen klärst du direkt mit Product Ownern und Designern, statt auf durchspezifizierte Tickets zu warten.

Qualifikation

Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der professionellen Webentwicklung mit Laravel und Vue.js. Wichtig ist uns, dass du den Unterschied kennst zwischen einem Feature, das funktioniert, und einem, das in zwölf Monaten noch wartbar ist.

Lust auf Herausforderungen und Dinge mit eigenen Ideen voranzutreiben

Sicherer Umgang mit PHP 8+, JavaScript, TypeScript, Git, Code Reviews und Deployments

Erfahrung mit automatisierten Tests

Gute Deutschkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit Kunden

Schön, wenn du zusätzlich mitbringst:

Erste Projekte mit LLM-APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic oder vergleichbar)

Routine in der Arbeit mit KI-Assistenten wie Claude Code

Erfahrungen mit anderen Software-Stacks wie CMS oder anderen Frameworks und Programmiersprachen
