We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our team.

Your main tasks will be:

Set up, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) to promote mobile apps;

Manage budgets to achieve product and performance goals;

Run A/B tests and iterate quickly on a large number of hypotheses;

Evaluate campaign performance and monitor key product metrics;

Collaborate on ad creative concepts and prepare briefs for the creative team;

Work closely with partners, creative, and product teams;

Analyze user acquisition funnels and optimize for key in-app events.

We expect from you:

Proven experience in mobile app advertising via Meta, TikTok, Google, and Apple Search Ads;

Successful track record with funnels;

Strong analytical skills; experience with Appsflyer;

Experience with cohort analysisю

The initial pay level or pay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment;

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
