About the role

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. adjoe Ads is our programmatic in-app advertising platform that seamlessly connects advertisers and publishers through direct integration of our Android and iOS SDKs. Every ad decision happens in under 200ms across 10 million daily users, powered by real-time bidding algorithms and user quality prediction models that match the right ad to the right user at the right moment.

Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:

Programmatic AdTech Domain Expertise: 3–4 years of Product Management experience (with at least 3 years directly in Programmatic, Ad Exchange, SSP, or DSP environments) to lead our DSP-facing ad exchange capabilities across their full lifecycle. You thrive when dissecting OpenRTB specs, auction mechanics, and mobile formats (video, playable, native, display) to turn programmatic complexities into clear product roadmaps.

Technical Infrastructure & API Fluency: Hands-on comfort working alongside senior engineers to parse system architecture, API designs, JSON data payloads, and latency tracking. You will bridge technical execution with business strategy across a platform running 20+ Go microservices on Kubernetes and Kafka, orchestrating 1,500 bid requests per second.

Auction Mechanics & Traffic Shaping: Deep analytical capability to optimize win rates, timeout rates, bid density, and Supply Path Optimization (SPO). You will design smart throttling and routing logic that reduces infrastructure QPS costs while maximizing revenue across 120M processed auctions daily.

Cross-Functional Partner Integration: Direct technical collaboration with the Demand Partnerships team and external partners to lead DSP onboardings and maintain OpenRTB compliance. You act as the translation layer between client feedback, external demand needs, and detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).

Data-Driven Metric Ownership: Relentless focus on defining and monitoring core performance indicators including fill rate, bid rate, CPM, and eCPM. You will partner with data teams to analyze complex data sets, troubleshoot technical issues, and measure feature performance alongside ML models making 50 billion daily predictions.

Agile Product Delivery: Proven track record of owning end-to-end execution, experimentation, and scaling in an Agile environment. You manage multi-stakeholder dependencies cleanly and ship high-throughput features iteratively without sacrificing low-latency requirements.
