About the role

About the Role
We need someone to run our customer success program from the ground up — onboarding, training, follow-through, and retention. Think of it like a project manager for the customer journey: you're not doing every task yourself, you're making sure the right things happen at the right time.
What You'll Do

Own the customer onboarding-to-retention workflow

Direct follow-ups and check-ins to catch and solve problems early

Coordinate across sales, accounting, and product as issues arise

Build the systems and processes as you go — this role isn't fully defined yet

Report progress and flag issues before they become bigger problems

Requirements
Who you are

10-15 years of experience managing people or complex processes

A track record of taking on responsibility without needing close supervision

Comfortable working through ambiguity and building structure where none exists

Excellent written and spoken English

A career pattern that shows sustained interest in this type of work, rather than frequent shifts between unrelated roles

Benefits
We offer:

Open to candidates in Latin America or Europe

Salary: $2500–$3500 USD/month (based on experience)

100% Remote
