About the role

Position Summary:

The Podcast Analyst is a specialized role responsible for reviewing, researching, and enhancing the podcast listings on our platform. Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of podcast details, the Podcast Analyst serves as a critical component in the quality assurance process of our content. This role combines a passion for podcasts with meticulous attention to detail, offering an exciting opportunity for individuals who wish to contribute to the elevation of podcasting as a medium.

Job Details:

Work from home

5 days per week – might need to work on weekends | 12 noon to 9 PM (Manila time)

*Following Philippine Holidays

Responsibilities:

Podcast Review: Regularly review podcast listings to ensure all information is accurate and complete. Identify gaps or inconsistencies that require further research.

Data Collection: Conduct in-depth research using reliable sources to fill any missing or incomplete information in the podcast listings.

Content Enhancement: Utilize your understanding of the podcast landscape to add relevant details that could improve the listener's experience.

Quality Assurance: Cross-check the information to ensure it aligns with platform policies and industry standards.

Collaboration: Liaise with other departments like Content Management and Marketing to share findings and improvements.

Reporting: Keep track of workflow and update management on the status of reviewed podcasts, including the changes made or challenges encountered.

Qualifications:

A solid educational background to understand the media landscape. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Practical knowledge and skills in research and quality control are beneficial.

Ability to organize and manipulate data. Training will be provided as needed.

Capability to review, understand, and summarize complex information.

An eye for spotting inconsistencies and filling gaps in information.

Ability to convey findings clearly to team members and management.

A deep understanding of the medium will enrich the quality of work. Enthusiasts and regular podcast listeners are welcome.
