Als (Senior) GTM-Engineer (m/w/d) baust und skalierst Du unsere moderne B2B GTM Engine. Du verbindest Daten, Signale, Automatisierung und AI, um GTM-Prozesse in skalierbare Systeme zu übersetzen und damit direkten Impact auf Pipeline und Revenue zu schaffen.

Signale → Trigger:BuyingSignals identifizieren und in automatisierte GTM-Aktionen übersetzen

Enrichment & Scoring:Account- und Contact-Daten automatisiert anreichern, ICP Fit & Intent bewerten

Personalized Campaigns: Hochgradig personalisierte Outbound-Kampagnen daten- und signalbasiert automatisieren

Lead Routing: Leads und Accounts anhand von Fit, Intent und Engagement intelligent priorisieren und routen

CRM-Automation:Workflows und Datenflüsse zwischen CRM und unserem GTM-Stack aufbauen

GTM Infrastructure:Automationen mitClay, n8n, APIs und Webhooks entwickeln und skalieren

Experimente schnell umsetzen, messen und erfolgreiche Ansätze systematisieren

Dein Profil

Du hast eine vergleichbare GTM-Infrastruktur bereits selbst aufgebaut

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in GTM-Engineering, Growth Engineering,RevOps oder einem vergleichbaren B2B-Umfeld

Sehr gute Erfahrung mit Clay, n8n und modernen GTM-Tools

Technisches Verständnis für APIs, Webhooks, Datenstrukturen und CRM-Systeme

Erfahrung mit Enrichment, Scoring, Routing und automatisierten Kampagnen

Starkes kommerzielles Verständnis: Du optimierst nicht für „mehr Automatisierung“, sondern für Pipeline, Conversion und Revenue

Sehr gute deutsch und englisch Kenntnisse
