About the role

Relay is a calling studio inside Bifrost Forge, a venture studio that builds and backs early-stage companies. We book qualified meetings for those companies and for external clients across skincare, SaaS, recruitment software and AI.
We're hiring callers to work across a variety of client campaigns. This isn't a spreadsheet and a good luck. You get a parallel dialler, enriched lead lists built for you, on the job training, tested scripts and call structures, and coaching from people who have done this properly. Work from home, around your other job, your studies or your kids. Immediate start.
Tasks
Make outbound calls from a list we've already built and researched for you. No prospecting, no manual dialling.
Open the conversation, qualify the person against the client's criteria, and book the meeting into the client's calendar.
Follow the call structure on screen and log the outcome. The system handles the confirmations and reminders.
Work across different clients and industries, so you're not stuck on the same pitch forever.
Take coaching, review your own calls, and get better each week.
Requirements

Strong spoken English. Other European languages, especially Danish and the Nordics, are a real advantage and open up better-paying markets.

Confident on the phone and comfortable with rejection. You don't need to be a slick sales robot, we'd rather you weren't. If you can hold a genuine conversation with a stranger, we can teach the rest.

Appointment setting or cold calling experience preferred, not essential.

Reliable internet and a quiet place to work.

Self-motivated and consistent. You set your own hours, so you need to actually show up to them.

Benefits
€1,000 per month base, paid whatever the month looks like.
Plus €50 to €75 per demo placed.
Hit 20 demos a month once you're up to speed and that's €2,000 to €2,500 for 20 to 25 hours a week. No cap.
You pick your hours. Work around a job, studies or kids.
If you work well with your client we offer a track to become full time sdr.
Enriched lists and a parallel dialler provided. No research, no manual dialling.
Scripts, call structures and live coaching.
Different clients and industries, so you're never stuck on one pitch.
Part of Bifrost Forge. Callers who perform get first shot at more hours, coaching roles and running a language market.
Still unresolved: paid on booked or attended. Decide before you post it.
If you're interested, apply here and tell us in a couple of lines why you'd be good on the phone, which languages you speak and how fluently.
Then record a 60-second voice note selling us anything you like: your favourite restaurant, a product you love, this job back to us. We care far more about how you sound than how you write, so the voice note is the part that counts.
We review applications as they come in and move quickly.
