Job Summary
The Sales Manager EE plays a pivotal role in enhancing the visibility and commercial performance of Domes Resorts across Eastern European markets, including Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, and Moldova, with the potential to support Emerging Markets depending on business needs and capacity. The role is responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities, managing and growing key client accounts, building strong and lasting partnerships, and contributing to the achievement of agreed annual revenue targets. Working closely with the Head of Sales ME & EE, the Sales Manager will take ownership of their client portfolio, develop and implement tailored sales and marketing plans, negotiate favorable business terms with key partners, and maintain consistent in-person and digital communication to effectively promote Domes Resorts and keep clients informed about its properties and offerings.
Some Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive leisure and luxury consortia business across Eastern European markets and achieve agreed revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with travel advisors, luxury travel agencies, tour operators, and other key partners, identifying new business opportunities.

Conduct sales calls, client meetings, negotiations, and prospecting activities, both in person and virtually.

Promote the Domes Resorts portfolio through product presentations, trainings, fam trips, site inspections, sales weeks, and tailor-made events.

Represent Domes Resorts at tradeshows, roadshows, sales events, and industry meetings across the assigned markets.

Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, airline, and destination partners to strengthen market presence, support campaigns, and maximize commercial opportunities.

Continuously develop market and product knowledge, contribute to the wider Sales team, and support additional business needs as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Tourism, or a related field.

Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably within luxury hospitality, resorts, or a similar environment.

Strong knowledge of the Eastern European travel market, with experience working with travel agencies, tour operators, and leisure business.

Strong sales, negotiation, business development, and account management skills, with a results-driven mindset.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with international clients and partners.

Fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the assigned markets.

Proactive, adaptable, and commercially minded, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and embrace new business opportunities.
