About the role

Are you a highly motivated Product and Business Development Consultant? EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking a skilled Product and Business Development Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will have the flexibility to work remotely from within the EU or from our offices in Athens or Thessaloniki. This role requires readiness to travel to client sites in Germany, Switzerland and Austria and to a lesser extent in the rest of the Europe.
What You'll Do:

Conducting market, competitor, and customer research;

Defining and refining products to meet market demands;

Driving product promotion and business development initiatives;

Taking ownership of promoting selected products and developing markets, from opportunity identification through prospect/customer engagement and commercial proposals;

Participating in tender writing and proposal management processes.

Requirements

University Degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related scientific area;

Entrepreneurial, analytical, communicative, and result-oriented;

Demonstrated experience (preferably a couple of years) with complex IT products/services promotion, interacting directly with customers and prospects;

Experience working in international or cross-border environments;

Strong understanding of software product development, technology concepts, product positioning, and go-to-market planning.

Fluency in German (C1+).
