About the role

Role Overview

FabStation is transforming how steel fabricators and modular builders perform quality control using augmented reality. As an SDR, your job is simple: generate qualified sales opportunities that turn into revenue.

You will prospect, engage, and qualify manufacturing companies, identifying real production challenges (rework, inefficiency, QA gaps) and booking high-quality demos for our Account Executives. This role is the foundation for a high-performing sales career.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and engage net-new manufacturing companies (calls, email, LinkedIn)

Qualify opportunities based on operational pain, fit, and urgency

Book and manage high-quality demos that convert to pipeline

Partner with Account Executives to progress deals

Maintain organized pipeline and activity tracking in CRM

Continuously improve messaging through coaching and data

What We’re Looking For

Strong interest in B2B sales (manufacturing or tech is a plus)

Competitive, results-driven mindset (you care about hitting targets)

Clear communicator who can simplify complex ideas

Coachable, fast learner, and comfortable with rejection

Organized and able to manage high activity volume

Nice to Have

Prior sales or customer-facing experience

Exposure to manufacturing, construction, or technical products

Languages: English, French, Spanish, Dutch, German
